Is it possible to use hashcat to capture my seedphrase from my seed.seco file? I've been reading some threads, and I'm kind of confused. If I do it on my seed.seco file, would it capture my password or my seedphrase?

Hashcat is used to crack hashes (passwords). It's not used for capturing hashes.
Having a seed.seco file, you can use the python script exodus2hashcat.py and then get the hash of your exodus wallet password. In hashcat to crack you need to use the mod:
28200 | Exodus Desktop Wallet (scrypt). Good luck!
