hashcat doesn't start decrypting

i captured a pcapng , converted with hcx pcapng and finally i try to run from windows : hashcat - m 22000 "file'' -a 3 ---increment etc , but hashcat stops at ''Initializing backend runtime for device #1. Please be patient...'' and returns to the path with the flashing

Old AMD cards with HIP/OpenCL drivers do not work that well between hashcat. This is an AMD issue which will never be resolved. You can try a few things such as running older AMD drivers which may function but may leave you not capable of using the your graphics card for other thing, such as games which previously functioned.

Can also try using older version of hashcat.
