About Candidates.#1

Hi all,

I'm a Noob I finally got Hashcat to decipher my hash and it returned the following:

Candidates.#1 ....: Word -> Numeric amd I know for a fact that the Word is the good one, so are the 4 digits at the end. My question is: How do I retrieve the middle?

Maybe I should give you more details to fully understand this mask mode.

My password was made of:

1a- alongpassphrase with or without a capital letter at the beginning -or-
             1b- aslightlylongerpassphrase   

2- a string of 4 letters

3- a series of 4 to 6 digits for which I know the possible permutations 123456 or 12456 or 1234

what should then I include in the mask file??
