Noobie stuck, help!

I'm using hashcat launcher 1.15, and when I get to the output card, I select the forms (plain text, etc.).  But, when I click on 'set output' all it does is spin, like its going to generate a window for saving, but never does.  Is this correct?  Where is the tutorial or instructions?

the launcher is not an official part of hashcat, therefore you are asking in the wrong play, you have to ask the programmer of the launcher for help
