hashcat crashing when trying to crack longer passwords

im running the latest version of hashcat gui, + plus + lite, im trying to a hccap file, here is the configuration on hashcat plus

mask: ?1?1?1?1?1?1?1?1?1?1?1?1 (it is a 12 char wpa2 password)
charset: 0123456789abcdef

it starts, and crashes. working up to 9 chars, from 10 and up it crashes.
(32 and 64 bit both crash)

help ?

you know there is a big difference between a controlled abort and a crash. what is it doing?

when i press S for status it crashes.

what it says on that image is Portuguese for:
cudahashcat has stopped working
windows is searching for problems... etc
if i dont press S for status it takes a long time and then crashes.
with up to 9 chars, works, more = crash.
im on windows 7 enterprise 64 bit 16GB of ram and a i5 processor.
everything else works. if someone has a full 12 char WPA2 wordlist with this charset it would also fix my problem:
1234567890abcdef
(only 12 char)
