hashcat stdout mode

It does not work for me, not sure why.

On Windows 7 x64

version of hashcat - v0.39

hashcat-cli32.exe --stdout -r 1.rule dict.txt

Output:

Usage: hashcat [options] hashfile [mask|wordfiles|directories]

Try --help for more help.

Does stdout mode work only on Linux Platform?
