Best way to crack a md5(phpBB3) hash?

The title explains it all.

I'm quite new and havn't really been able to try anything apart from an attempt using hashcat-plus and the rockyou password list that ended up exhausted.

Help would be much appreciated!

You need more power with this type of hashes.

Don` t waste your time with cpu based attacks.
