I can see it's a problem for users with sessions they need to resume - an upgraded HC will refuse to resume. I read somewhere this will be handled better in the future. In the meantime, edit your resume files (how to do that was posted somewhere here by philsmd while ago) or reset your RTC back a couple of months...
