SipHash format

I am newbie in hashcat,

I have a question about oclHashcat 1.31 new feature, Sip Hash(-m 10100)

SipHash sample in http://hashcat.net/wiki/doku.php?id=example_hashes

ad61d78c06037cd9:2:4:81533218127174468417660201434054

In above hash sample, Hashcat need 4 items for crack Sip Hash

But I don't understand the relation of sample hash format and document below...

I'd like to know 4 fields meaning, how to extract from source..

SipHash is something different, it's not SIP (MD5). I think that's where the confusion comes from.
