cudahashcat has Stopped Working After Driver Update

I updated my nvidia drivers from 331 to 340 on my Linux Mint system. Now, running cudahashcat shows the error:

ERROR: No NVidia compatible platform found .

Purging and reinstalling seems to be of no use. Reverting back to nvidia-331 gives the error

ERROR: cuModuleLoad() 209 .

Any help would be appreciated.

I assume you're using an old version of cudahc, as I am using 344.xx Forceware on Windows with the latest 1.32 beta (or 1.31 release) and it works nicely.

Oh, also, you should get the drivers from the official website.
