At one point, I did switch one of my computers to Windows 10. However, I ran into a weird problem that made me revert back to Windows 7: the CMD prompt would not work at all. It opens and close right away like if I was noobie trying to click directly on oclhashcat64.exe. I tried opening with admin rights and from different locations. Nothing worked. I tried to Google some solutions but apparently it's not a common problem because there was nothing about it.
Can you open a simple command prompt in your case?

CMD and powershell work perfectly fine. Could someone recommend me a perfect PSU for my setup, budget under 300 usd if possible
