Hi in the link provided it does not specify any algorithm for MD5 + RC4 , does it mean that using HashCat(CPU) we cannot decrypt these sort of hashed password

Any idea how i can decrypt the ms-word document has using HashCat(CPU)

This algorithm is not supported by hashcat. However, oclHashcat 2.10 beta enables you to use CPU, you just need an OpenCL runtime.
