Core i5 750 & gtx 1060

I have a processor core i5 750 overclocked to 4,3ghz and motherboard asus p7p55. I want to buy msi gtx 1060.
Will my processor unlock the full potential of this video card? (~ 200k wpa pass).

Procesor does not have an impact on hash craking because gpu of a graphic card is doing all the work

CPU will not affect GPU performance, but CPU does have an impact on total performance when using CPU + GPU cooperatively.
