Laptop Overheating Problem on Hashcat

Hi,

After I run Hashcat to crack WPA Password, My laptop gets on upto 90 Celcius within 3-4 minutes and the process is stopped due to temperature limit. What should I do to cool the GPU?

I have NVIDIA GTX 740m with Intel's i7 Processor...

Laptops are not designed for such workloads. Get a desktop.
