Doesn't find plain SHA-256 hashes in dictionary

Hashcat doesn't find the plain hashes in a list.

PC: Ubuntu 18.04 bionic, Quadro K1000M

I tried with brute-force too, and it doesn't find them.

You need to create the hashes correctly, see https://hashcat.net/wiki/doku.php?id=fre...o_crack_it

if you create a hash from a password with appended new lines, it only will be cracked if you also crack it by adding new lines (it's as simple as this)

I should have read a tutorial about how to make test hashes for cracking.
