I just purchased this computer from Newegghttps://www.newegg.com/abs-computer-technologies-ala202/p/N82E16883102973
I was wondering if Hashcat will work with it and what kind of hash rates I should expect?

Yes it will work just fine in the newest version of hashcat. As for hashrates I would suspect to see ~10%-15% faster than a typical 2070.
