Wouldn’t it make sense to have specialized hardware for some hashcat module?
Seeing that some calculations are inherently slow (scrypt, Bitcoin walllet etc... ), wouldn’t it make sense to run hashcat on the hardware that mines those? Those asic rigs calculate hashes at ridiculous speeds...shouldn’t it be possible to make asic rigs that cash scrypt or Bitcoin wallet much faster than any gpu? I mean the encryption formula is no secret so making an asic that can do this should not be impossible...
And the amount of people that loose their wallet passwords , it could be a business model to sell those rigs or rent them out?:)
