New rig
Hello all,
Been using hashcat for a few years just on my regular PC I use for gaming and other activities and I have had success with it and a lot of fun but I thought it was time to invest in an exclusive dedicated cracking rig.

I have mused over the following configuration and was wondering what the forums thoughts were on it.

AMD Ryzen 5 3500X

MSI X470 GAMING PLUS MAX Motherboard

Corsair RM1000x 1000W Power Supply

Corsair CMW64GX4M2E3200C16 Vengeance RGB PRO 64GB 3200MHz DDR4

Seagate FireCuda 510 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD

MSI Radeon RX 6900 XT GAMING X TRIO 16GB, 16GB

Thermaltake Pacific CL360 Max D5 Hard Tube Water Cooling Kit

Thermaltake Core P5 Tempered Glass Ti Edition ATX Case, Window, No PSU

I plan to install more GPUs in the future as I get more money. The single GPU and CPU I have used for some time now for cracking both had water coolers with radiators already attached when I got them and the water cooling worked really well at keeping temps respectable while under full load for days. Never steped out and built my own water cooling system from scratch though. I thought about going down this path due to the fact it opens options to add in more GPUs with water cooling blocks in the future and just add it to the system. So yeah just thought I would reach out on the forum first to see what the consensus was and if any more experienced crackers and crypt analysis people could give me any advice.

Any advice greatly appreciated thanks!
welcome to our forums) thats a nice rig! let us know for the future upgrades!
If you're willing to go to all that expense why not go balls-deep on the PSU and spec' a 1500W unit? (which may even prove inadequate depending on future GPU additions.) If you own your own home it would be advisable to look into a dedicated 20 Amp circuit for the rig. Handy Space Heater if you live in a 'cold winter' State....
