Concatenating 3 words into a password candidate?

What is the best way to concatenate a wordlist so that each password candidate is a concatenation of 3 words, eg:

list:
cheese
butter
bread

candidates:

buttercheesebread
breadsheesebutter
cheesebutterbread

etc.

What is the best way to achieve this? TIA.
