I heard that the new 7990 requires a very powerful CPU, something like the i7-3770. Is this as well the case in a hashcat environment?

2.
What amount of RAM do you suggest for the following environments:
- Tyan B7015F77V4R in a VCL-Cluster ?
- a single Tyan B7015F77V4R using BT or The-Distribution-Which-Does-Not-Handle-OpenCL-Well (Kali) as OS?
