No, there is not really a file missing. Mac OSX users currently need to build the binary themself for reasons explained in https://github.com/hashcat/hashcat/issues/403 , https://github.com/hashcat/hashcat/issues/430 , https://github.com/hashcat/hashcat/issues/444 etc
