--restore with the change of workload profile?

I tried to search around but couldn't find the answer

Is there a way to restore a session with change of work profile or gpu fan speed? 

I attempted

hashcat64 --session=test -w 3

or 

Code:

hashcat64 --session=test --gpu-temp-retain 1

but did not seem to have any effect.
