Hashcat won't use my GPU..

I think I am having a similar issue. It seems to see my AMD Threadripper but not the GPU's. Both are slotted in PCIE 3 slots ( At least I am fairly certain they are). Any ideas?

Ubuntu 20.04 (fresh minimal install)
