Can't get RTX 5060 to run with CUDA

In order to get my RTX 5060 to work (Windows & Ubuntu), I have to run 

hashcat -b -m 1000 --backend-ignore-cuda

I tried to download and run the BETA version, but it tells me ACCESS IS DENIED.
