Separator unmatched

I get an error "separator unmatched". Used hashcat.exe -m 14700 -a 3 

Any idea what might be causing it? I get it even when trying example hashes

seperator unmatched is mostly a sign, that your hashfile, hahstring inside doesnt fit

how did you extract your hash? did you checkt your basic form with the examples?

as Xanadrel stated, the example has to work
