no load on graphics card

[question]

on any method the graphics card is not loaded up to 100%.
It doesn't load at all, but the temperature rises.
I have RTX 2060 Super
I use -w 3 -O

Don't use the Windows 10 Task manager to view GPU usage. It's looking specifically for 3D workloads, a type of work which hashcat obviously is not. If you want to see the utilization, use a tool like GPU-Z or MSI Afterburner or simply look at the stats hashcat is reporting.
