Recover already cracked passwords (no .pot)

I just spent 2 days cracking 2 passwords (hashcat-gui using oclHashcat-plus). I thought I had selected a file for output but aparently didn't, or the file was not created.

I can't find a .pot file either.

Is there a way to recover these two passwords?
