no speed is the same
Would you be so kind to tell us how to build a GPU cluster to combine multiple computers? Or just let us know which software is used so I can google it for the solution details.
Since a motherboard usually cannot support more than 4 video cards. A GPU-combined powerful computer with hashcat is like a tiger with wings.

do it like this: http://www.super-key.com/phones/oc/oc05.JPG

IIRC, it's not free, but hey, it supports SL3 cracking. Additionally, if you donate some $ to BitWeasil, he may implement SL3 algo in his free cracker, which supports network distribution.
Thanks Rolf!
nonfree software or shareware solution is also a choice. After all, not all the people are as generous as atom I just found that there were many windows based software cluster solutions (not free) like "SL3 GUI" or "SL3 Cluster System", etc. But when I googled IIRC, there were very few results found (in fact I didn't find what is IIRC). Do most crackers with multiple computers use windows platform to crack SL3? Are there some popular linux based SL3 cracking cluster software solutions? Maybe someone can create a pool, so others with less powerful GPUs can connect to the pool to contribute their computing power, and everyone in the pool shares the benifits based on each one's contribution.

Well, since this forum is for oclhc-lite, I suggest you better post your ideas/questions regarding sl3 waking at gsmforums.
IIRC=if I recall correctly That guy at super key uses Ubuntu, and it's a good choice. Winedows is only good for games. |
