Win10 hash

I have an issue with last Windows 10 update (few days ago) and NT hash (SAM, SYSTEM) algorithm decryption (-m 1000). Hashcat sees it but can't decrypt. Everything works perfectly with previous windows versions. Could someone help with it or explain what happened.Thanks !
