iOS backup password cracking help

Hi everyone I was told that I could use hashcat to crack my iTunes backup and I honestly have no idea what I'm doing so any help would be appreciated.

Plenty of reading material on the wiki to find out how to use hashcat and then all you need is a script called itunes_backup2hashcat
