Bruteforce + Custom characters

How could I set hashcat to bruteforce the following:

My password:

83rG&j@3Alis-ZA

I wish to set  hashcat to bruteforce the first 8 characters and supply the last  7 characters, ie; Alis-ZA

[royce]

If the first 8 characters are truly unknown, then the first 8 positions of the mask would be ?a, and the rest would be literal / hard-coded:

?a?a?a?a?a?a?a?aAlis-ZA
