We need more information to help you in any meaningful way, the exact command you are typing in and what you are attempting to accomplish. If you're having trouble getting the basics started check out the example files included or perhaps try starting out hashcat-gui. Wild guess- wrong hashtype.

Your file is 91 Bytes in size which means it has calculated data but somehow it is hidden
weired though
can you tell me on which percent it was calculated?
Also mention the model of phone and NCK Digit size
