hashcat64 5.1.0 crashing on startup

I am new to hashcat.  I have 6 gtx 1080ti with driver 430.39.   No matter what command I give hashcat like hashcat64.exe -b  or -a 3 -m 11300 wallethash.txt ?l ?l ?l  Hashcat crashes with "The program hashcat has stopped working"  
I have tried other versions of hashcat.  Any advice?

if this happens something with your opencl drivers is wrong. In the past people had problems with a rouge intel opencl runtime.
