custom dictonary newbie question

Hello All

I am trying to crack the WPA files of my test wifi network. 

I know the password has 2 names in with uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters.

I want to create a dictionary with the following characters only:

JOHN
john
TIM
tim
0123456789
!@#$%^&*

How do I do this? I tried playing with the custom.dic files but ...help!!!
