Haschat.exe stopped working

Hi all,

First of all, I am new to this forum and I hope to learn from the experienced people here!
I am new to Hashcat, and I am trying to learn.

When I am trying to crack a .rar file (following this tutorial), after commanding: 'hashcat.exe -a 0 -m 13000 hashwert.txt', I get the error 'Hashcat.exe stopped working. I couldn't find something on the forum, does anybody know why? 

CMD report:

Looks like some problem with your opencl runtime.
