Recovering Lost Password With hashcat

I've never used a password cracking program like hashcat, I usually don't need to, but I can't find any way to recover my google account because I get the message "we can't verify you own this account". So I'm here to find out how I can try to recover the password to the account. I've no idea where to start besides just downloading hashcat itself, can anyone help me?

If the Google-account is really yours, you should be able to recover it via Google-support.
Hashcat is of no use here in your case.
