Device skipped?

Hi,

sorry for asking dump question, but can anyone explain what I'm doing wrong!?

I'm using hashcat 3.0 on a windows 7 machine. 

I get this message:

Why is "Device #2", my main CPU skipped?
What is needed to get it working? (Intel's opencl_runtime_16.1_x64_setup already installed).
