Radeon Sapphire nitro plus rx5700xt is not detected on The-Distribution-Which-Does-Not-Handle-OpenCL-Well (Kali)

First of all, greetings all bro.

I'm using AMD ryzen 7 3700x and radeon sapphire nitro plus rx5700xt on The-Distribution-Which-Does-Not-Handle-OpenCL-Well (Kali).

Code:
Linux The-Distribution-Which-Does-Not-Handle-OpenCL-Well (Kali) 5.10.0-kali9-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.10.46-4kali1 (2021-08-09) x86_64 GNU/Linux


My GPU is not detected but only working with CPU. I have installed gpu driver from amd.com for Ubuntu by followed command.

Code:
./amdgpu-install --opencl=legacy --headless --no-dkms

my kernel gpu driver is may working I think as below picture.

However GPU is not detected Sad  . Please see below picture.

Please help me out please. I have been  finding solution like years Sad  . Thanks all advance.

Thanks dear!. Actually, I found out ROCm is required. But I tried and have no idea to install on K.A.L.I Sad . 
Please any guide me if you have some idea!
