Hashcat is faster but this type of hash is heavy and you must have a cluster GPU if you know nothing about the password and you are doing brute force cracking Here is a comparison currently the fastest for RAR are 4090 cards

Okay did a benchmark and you are absolutely right. Rar5 seems to be real hard. at other hash types i got MH/s.

Now i tried to do a .zip file. But Zip2john.exe gives me a complete wrong hash. it has thousands of characters.
Hashcat said "no hash loaded" and Seperatore failed or something

whats wrong with this?

You need to use john the ripper for cracking, hashcat does not work on all zip hashes.
