There has been significant effort behind the scenes on a new update that hasn't been published yet. This has lead to some delay in releasing a new version.

anyway, you can use the latest beta from

https://hashcat.net/beta/ minor version 813

or compile yourself git minor version 851 ( latest commit 6 onths)
