Hi all complete new to this, so I captured my wifi handshake with pineapple both full hashcat and pcap, put the password in rock you and it doesn’t find. Any ideas please and thank you

Try a text file with just the password in it, to verify that's correct. Then delete the entry in the pot-file to run it again with rockyou.txt
I think it's important that there's at least a linefeed (ASCII char 0x0A) after the password (just hit enter) then save, if it is the last entry in the dictionary.

this screen is just the start screen, try pressing s to get a initial status screen or add --status to the command line

as stated by the yellow lines, you didnt installed the cuda sdk and therefore your graphicscard is using an outdated opencl 1.2 which mostly results in not compiling the needed kernels or hashcat just getting stucked
