you need to be in the Hashcat-folder with your terminal, not in the root of C:
cd to the Hashcat-folder, and you should be fine

make sure that your hash is correctly formatted and starts with $bitlocker$1$...
see https://hashcat.net/wiki/doku.php?id=example_hashes

also, as you can read in the warning, you need to install the correct drivers...

Not a clue. I am trying with used.txt since rockyou is being difficult to decompress with 7all, might have to do it in between lulls with hash. I exhausted the first two runs, the second with the -w 4 switch no luck. Next I will try with a larger mask.

Ok that is taking too long, is there a cheaper version or an alternate of passware to get my recovery key? Just as a reminder, I am trying to get into two usbs that I have bitlocked back in 2013 or so. The computers that have most likely had the keys, the disks are toast. I was able to get the following off one of them: All Key Protectors

Password:
ID: {55E442DD-78E5-4857-B439-182814D621DE}

Data Recovery Agent (Certificate Based):
ID: {FC8F1AA1-FD48-4EE3-8EA7-7FDE1E9212CD}
Certificate Thumbprint:
7e28c0293796c6556af0f6c36aa5e64e88482ddf That is all I could get and not spending 1500.00 on Passware. Any nudge would be gratefully accepted. Thanks in advance.

And I checked with microsoft, nothing saved there either.
