hi guys, i probe usin --pw-min=8 simbol but not workin this

what dont work --pw-min=8 ??? work start with 5 simbol !
what am I doing wrong?

First, because you did not specify an actual mask, oclhashcat default settings takes over. You have to add ?a?a?a?a?a?a?a?a to your command line (or an a better mask representing what you want). However, what is running on the image is length 8 with the first 3 characters masked (*) so --pw-min=8 does work.

it says the length is 8. it sounds like you just do not know how to read hashcat's output.
