How to use custom char set creating the mask

Hi, I want to use custom charset with mask processor. I created charset and saved in charsets/special/xxxx/xxxx.hcchr.

I write below command to the command line

mp64.exe -3 charsets\special\xxxx\xxxx.hcchr ?l -o out.txt

but it could not use special char. How can I use this?
