Hi, I am looking into purchasing a new GPU to replace my old AMD ones.
I am looking at these two:
ASUS DC2 OC:

And PNY XLR8 OC:
https://www.dustin.se/product/5010887454/xlr8-oc
Are both reference cards? The PNY seems so but the ASUS??
Just checking what would be the best deal..

Actually neither are reference cards. But the PNY certainly has a better cooler.

Ok, think I've found one to get:

Looks like a reference to me but I'm still not sure about it. (read in other places that it is but just want to check before I purchase).

That's not reference either, has the same cooler as that PNY card. So not bad, but not reference.

Nope, that's not reference either. But it is a good card.
To put you out of your misery, the reference GTX 970 is very elusive. It
does exist, but it's exclusive to just a handful of retailers worldwide. In the US, it's only sold by Best Buy. Outside the US, it's nearly impossible to find.
2x 970 will outperform 1x 980, but if you get one 980 now you can always add a second 980 later. So it's up to you and what your plans are.

Ok, would this one be a good 980 then?

or these Ti? Was thinking that if it's just that small amount of money between 980 ant the Ti i should go for a Ti? Or would that not be a good solution if I want to add one more later?

The Ti is the best value for money and would always be my choice over a normal 980. And two 970s.
From those you've posted the second MSI is ok, but personally I would choose this one:

The second MSI is in stock so I could pick it up tomorrow already and mount it and start up and running. (need to start some cracking during the weekend). The one you prefered from evga isn't where I live.

Btw, this looks like a the reference one, even though it's probably not since it's a Gigabyte.
