Where to start now

so i have The-Distribution-Which-Does-Not-Handle-OpenCL-Well (Kali) linux on an old laptop, but i want to know the best place to get MD5 hashes..

I know there are a bunch of hash generators out there, but anyone can hash a password that is already in there wordlist.

i am just wondering if there is any place where i can really test my knowledge and see what my new WordLists can actually do (:
