Hash file type something:username:email:hash

The hash file I have is 5gb+ so it's not that easy for me to edit it.

How can I use that file in hashcat and tell the it that this is the format:
something:username:email:hash

Also, when it'll save the cracked hashes in a new file, will it be like this?
something:username:email:crackedhash
