Help with format

Is it possible to make the format user:hash:password
If so can you please tell me

Use --username option to consider using username before the hash in your hashlist.
THen to display username in the result file, use --show.

I know that, I’m looking for a way to make it username:hash:password or a way to make it like that in the result file
