Hashcat Brain Files (*.admp, *.ldmp)

Should these all be in hashcat's working directory? Or can I move them all to another folder and define the working directory in an argument like --brain-working-directory ~/brain_files

No one knows if these files need to be in the same directory where hashcat is ran from?

It is currently hard-coded (see https://github.com/hashcat/hashcat/blob/...1982-L1983), but it's not impossible to add command line options etc for it.

I would suggest that you should request it here and see if it's accepted as a valid/meaningful improvement (also see https://hashcat.net/faq#i_want_to_reques...plish_this )
