STOP! Unsupported or incorrect installed GPU driver detected!
You are STRONGLY encouraged to use the official supported GPU driver for good reasons
See oclHashcat's homepage for official supported GPU drivers
You can use --force to override this but do not post error reports if you do so

used the --force command and it worked no problem.

I have used version 1.31 and my catalyst driver is 14.12 but still getting the same warning massage regarding the driver.
Any other suggests? this is really frustrating.

Do you understand English and what undeath had written to you?

Will it work only with version 14.9? later version of catalyst won't work as well?
#6
It will only work with 14.9. oclHashcat releases are tied to specific Catalyst releases. You have to use precisely that version.
#7
Maybe http://hashcat.net/oclhashcat/ should be edited since it actually says "14.9 or later"
#8
Indeed, and that point has been brought up several times. I think that statement is made with optimism -- as in, hopefully AMD won't fucking break something with the next release and a newer driver will work! But that's never the case Sad

Can't seem to install 14.9 as all the guides over the web installing newer version. Can't get the driver to install from AMD since the newer one installed. Tried to remove the old one and install and the system is either broken or the graphic environment is gone.
I know this isn't the place but maybe someone know how to take this problem
Thanks in advance for any help
